The ul stands for ultra light by the way. This tent is easy and quick to set up and has the usual big agnes quality materials and seams. It is free standing with 2 doors and vestibules which makes it a more comfortable to be in.

The best point about this tent seems to be the combination of being lightweight and yet able to fit 3 people in. It also packs up really small. There are plenty of other good points that come up again and again in reviews. It is totally waterproof, no leaks at all in any weather.
